Successful rehabilitation after a stroke is becoming a reality with the help of exoskeletons, created by Assistant Professor at NU Aibek Niyetkaliyev and his team.
They are developing exoskeletons, or robotic skeletons, for the upper and lower extremities that help paralyzed patients regain motor functions that mimic the body's natural movements. Projects also include the creation of surgical robots and the use of artificial intelligence in medicine.
