Paper LengthSubmitted technical papers must be no longer than 6 pages for full papers, including all figures, tables and references. Papers longer than this will be subject to an additional charge for each extra page.
Paper SubmissionAuthors are requested to submit their papers electronically using
EasyChair in PDF format before the deadline for review purposes. Authors are required to upload final editable word-processor files (MS Word) after acceptance process.
The submission processes will be managed by
EasyChair. If you have used this system before, you can use the same username and password. If this is your first time using EasyChair, you will need to register for an account by clicking “ I have no EasyChair account” button. Upon completion of registration, you will get a notification email from the system and you are ready for submitting your paper. You can upload and re-upload the paper to the system by the submission due date.
Submission ConditionsAll submissions must be presented by one of the authors who must register for the conference and pay the fee. Authors who submit multiple papers will be required to pay a separate fee for each.
By submitting a paper for the conference you undertake that you will attend the conference, pay the fee and present the paper if it is accepted.
Title and LanguageManuscripts should be composed in English, featuring a comprehensive title positioned at the article's outset. The title should precisely reflect the paper's content, embodying specificity, descriptiveness, brevity, and accessibility to readers beyond the immediate subject matter.
IntroductionThe introduction should provide a contextual background, enabling readers unacquainted with the field to comprehend the study's purpose and significance. It ought to establish the addressed problem, elucidate its critical relevance, and set the stage for the ensuing discourse.
Figure and TableAuthors incorporating a figure or table from an existing publication must clearly denote the source of the material. Furthermore, authors are obligated to seek explicit permission for reproduction from the original author(s) and publisher if applicable. Each figure and table must be referenced in the text and accompanied by an informative caption.
ReferencesAuthors are advised to meticulously validate the accuracy of their cited sources. All references should be diligently catalogued at the end of the manuscript.
Selection ProcessSubmissions will be peer-reviewed and the outcomes will be feedback to the authors. The submission should be a genuine and faithful representation of the underlying research.
The content/main research included in the submission should not have been previously published or accepted for publication. Additionally, it should not be concurrently submitted to other conferences, archival, or publication platforms.
PublicationAll accepted papers will be scheduled for oral presentations and will be included in the conference proceedings published by
Springer as book chapters in a volume of series, submitted for indexing in
Scopus and Thomson_Reuters
Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI) and the
Web of Science. At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register and attend the conference to present the work.
