Orientation week starts with contract signing, which is mandatory for all the enrolling students. Terms for the provision of educational services are available here. Signing will be held online through the IDOCS.KZ portal. The portal requires Electronic Digital Signature (ЭЦП).

Instructions on contract signing will be sent to the corporate email of the student as soon as it is created. Instruction will cover all categories including those who are underage. In case a student did not receive contract by the beginning of the academic year he/she can contact to school manager via emails which are listed in the section School contacts.

The first stipend is usually distributed by late September. However, it depends on signing of the official documents on Admission of students.
As the NU schools takes care of attendance please contact your school manager seds@nu.edu.kz.
Regarding the transfer of credits from a previous HEI, one should contact the school office via the Admissions office. Based on regulations and the official transcript, the decision on the number of eligible transfer credits will be made
